The WSIB seeks a consultant to measure our efforts towards fostering a workplace environment founded on the principles of equity. Our goal is to ensure that every member of our agency is treated fairly, with equal access to opportunities, resources, and advancement, regardless of individual identity, background, or societal barriers. We seek a measurable review of our work to establish a baseline for future development.

The Washington State Investment Board (WSIB) is launching a search for qualified providers of passive equity index products across various markets. The required index products cover various strategies with differing fund and account types and across numerous geographies and markets to meet the WSIB's requirements for defined-benefit, defined-contribution, and non-qualified programs.
The deadline for inclusion by interested providers in the database of the investment consultant being used

The WSIB currently maintains a pool of pre-qualified firms to provide general investment consulting services (the "Pool"). For this RFQQ, the WSIB will be adding new Contractors to the Pool with one or both of the following areas of expertise:
Private markets investment consulting services
Scenario analysis covering systemic risks, such as climate change
The Washington State Investment Board seeks to contract with a firm to provide consulting services for the Real Estate investment program. Consulting services may include: specialty investment consulting concerning the real estate asset class, investment response due diligence and recommendations, investment manager evaluations, input on industry best practices for areas being reviewed by the WSIB, and other consulting services as required or requested by the WSIB or its staff. It also may cover domestic and international investment opportunity detailed due diligence, written investment recommendations, and oral presentation of recommendations to the WSIB's Private Markets Committee or Board.
Responses are due on July 1, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. All questions regarding this procurement should be directed to contracts@sib.wa.gov.
The Washington State Investment Board seeks to expand the services in its current investment operations consulting pool to include statutory accounting consulting and pre and post investment partner/manager operational due diligence and compliance reviews on a project basis as needed.
Proposals will be accepted from April 21, 2023 through June 30, 2023
The WSIB is seeking firms to actively manage global equity portfolios in the CTF.
This search will remain open until the WSIB staff and the Board determine otherwise. The WSIB will continuously review and evaluate potential firms. All pertinent documents will be
posted to the WSIB's website. The WSIB intends that this will eventually include FAQs and notices of apparently successful vendors.
The WSIB is seeking firms to actively manage emerging markets equity portfolios in the CTF.
